Dive Into Alga PSA v0.14.0 — The Smarter Workflow Release

With this release, you can now manage appointments directly inside Alga PSA, keeping your team and clients on the same page. Clients can also now request appointments right from their portal, creating a smoother workflow from agent request to resolution.
Outlook and Google calendar integrations are also in the works — so stay tuned for even more upgrades to your workflows.

Instant Feedback and Insights

Keep your customers satisfied and stable, securing the long-term relationship every MSP aims to keep.
Customer surveys now automatically send when tickets close, giving you real-time insight into service quality.
No manual follow-ups slipping through the cracks. No third-party tools. No false promises like other PSA’s (🦉😇🐓). Just clear feedback, directly from the source.

Customization and Authentication

Your PSA should be secure and proactive. Reduce password fatigue, centralize user management, and lower your risk of breaches with our new Single Sign-On (SSO).
We’ve also added in-app notifications, so you’ll never miss a ticket assignment, @ mention, or overall workflow update ever again.

Automatic Time Periods and Assets

Repetitive manual setup is so corporate/enterprise, old-school PSA (and out!).
Alga PSA now auto-creates time periods based on your settings, acting as a second set of eyes/extra pair of hands for quality assurance and ensuring accuracy and consistency across billing and reporting.

You’ll also see a sneak peek at the first version of Asset Management, giving you better visibility and tracking into the hardware and systems tied to client contracts.

Keep It Clean and Effortless

Inactive clients shouldn’t mean instant clutter.
Now, when a client is set to inactive, all associated users are automatically deactivated, ensuring your portal stays secure and clutter-free.
