Dive Into Alga PSA V0.12.0 — The Billing Overhaul Edition

Alga PSA v0.12.0 focuses on solving that pain — introducing contract-based billing, simplified account management, and major performance improvements to make every part of your workflow faster and more predictable.
New: Contract-Based Billing
The headline of this release is our new Contract Management System, designed to give MSPs full visibility and control over how services translate into revenue. This system allows you to:
• Build, manage, and track client contracts directly inside Alga PSA
• Define billing periods (monthly, quarterly, or annual)
• Add and edit line items for each client
• Preview drafts, finalize invoices, and download PDFs
• Associate service types with specific agreements
Streamlined Account Management
We’ve added a new Account Management Page within Alga PSA, with the goal of eliminating external workarounds and making daily workflows easier than ever. Our Account Management Page gives admins a centralized place to:
• Add or remove user licenses
• Update company and payment information
• View billing history
• Manage platform access without leaving your PSA
Improved Workflow Tools
Every release, we continue to work on smaller bugs and overall improvements to enhance the everyday Alga PSA experience. You’ll now find:
• Bulk deletion for tickets and clients
• Previews for uploaded video documents
• Refined loading screens and user interface feedback
Performance & Reliability Upgrades
As your business grows, Alga PSA remains fast, secure, and dependable. That’s why we’ve also worked on some backend improvements to keep things running smoothly. Key updates include:
• Faster authentication and reduced session timeout issues
• Fixes for tenant seeding and Gmail token refreshes
