Robert Isaacs, CEO

Robert has more than 20 years of experience working on software for technology providers. He started with ConnectWise in 2000, becoming the Chief Software Architect. He left in 2016 to start Speed of Light Media, a cloud service provider for enterprise companies. Today, Robert is the founder and CEO of Nine Minds, a Tampa Bay–based tech startup focused on reimagining enterprise software in an AI-first world. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of South Florida and enjoys the sunny Clearwater, FL lifestyle with his wife and daughter.

Natallia, AI Architect

With a foundation in technical writing and a background in linguistics, Natallia has grown into a hands-on developer working at the intersection of language, logic, and innovation. She plays a key role in shaping our core product, using AI tools to design, build, and iterate on complex features that improve functionality and user experience. Her unique path brings clarity, structure, and creativity to everything from feature design to implementation.

Originally from Belarus and now based in Florida, Natallia is a devoted mother of two who values balance, creativity, and care in all aspects of life. In her free time, she enjoys cross-stitching—a hobby that reflects the same attention to detail and thoughtful precision she brings to her work in software development.

Aryn Shimshoni, Product Manager

Aryn Shimshoni, the Product Manager at Nine Minds, leads the planning, execution, and launch of the company’s PSA platform. With a B.A. in English from the University of Central Florida and a strong background in AI, writing, and product storytelling, Aryn bridges the gap between user needs, team coordination, and product vision. Outside of the tech world, Aryn finds joy and balance in life through a love for animals, K-pop, and video games.

Janae, AI Engineer

Janae bridges the gap between cutting-edge AI development and human understanding. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida and brings a diverse background in AI model architecture, broadcast production, technical writing, public relations, and social media marketing strategy.

As an AI Engineer, Janae specializes in developing, evaluating, and fine-tuning large language models and crafting high-quality datasets with advanced strategies. She has a proven ability to translate complex AI concepts into intuitive, human-centered solutions.

Passionate about innovation, Janae is currently pursuing the Microsoft Certified Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) certification, with plans to continue expanding her credentials in AI and machine learning. She's a creative problem-solver, highly motivated, and committed to building intelligent systems that serve people effectively.

Mickenzi, AI Architect

Mickenzi is an AI Architect at Nine Minds, working with many talented others to bring AI to life. With a background in copywriting and AI development, she loves being able to blend creativity into the more technical aspects of the AI industry.
