We are excited to announce that we are now accepting community contributions for Alga PSA! We are continuously updating our code as we develop all of the features that MSPs need. New Features:
Assets: Introduced a new module for managing and tracking project assets. This feature allows users to upload, categorize, and link assets directly to projects, ensuring efficient resource management.
Customer Portal: Launched a dedicated portal for customers to view ticket updates, access shared documents, and communicate seamlessly with the team.
Document Management System: Implemented new document screen with enhanced UI, Added document type system with flexible associations, Integrated file storage system with support for multiple storage locations
Improvements:
Task Management: Added functionality to move tasks between different phases in projects, providing greater flexibility in managing workflows and project timelines.
Billing System Improvements: Implemented international tax support system, added company billing cycles management, created flexible discount system, enhanced invoice management with tax calculations, added payment methods support, implemented service catalog integration with usage tracking
Enhanced 'New Contact' Screen: Improved the contact creation process by adding fields for specifying the contact's role and notes. This ensures better organization and detailed contact information.
Ticket System Improvement: Implemented hierarchical category system with parent/child relationships and added category picker with flexible selection options.
UI Improvements: Updated the visual style of dropdown menus across the application to ensure a consistent and modern look, improving user experience and accessibility.
Bug Fixes:
Task Assignment: Resolved an issue where tasks couldn't be assigned to different users. Task reassignment now works as intended, enhancing team collaboration.
