Introducing Alga PSA

At Nine Minds, we understand the challenges that MSPs face. That’s why we are developing Alga PSA; a free and open source PSA designed to make life easier for IT Technicians and MSP owners.

Essential PSA Features

We’ve been working to develop all of the most important features. Our current feature list includes ticketing, invoicing, documentation storage, project management, time entry, client and contact management, scheduling, dispatch, and a white-label customer portal.

Free and Open source

We don’t believe in trapping our users in expensive contracts. Alga PSA’s code is available on our public GitHub, and free to download and host yourself. Users can edit, customize, and create their own integrations as they see fit.

Future Plans

Hosting

We understand that many MSPs may not want to host Alga PSA themselves. By early 2025, we plan to offer a low-cost hosting service to our users charged per technician, per month. The Hosted version of Alga PSA will have no minimums or commitment terms. Users will be able to signup anytime, and cancel anytime.

Artificial Intelligence

Since day 1, Nine Minds has been an AI company geared towards making life easier for IT Technicians. We will be fully integrating our AI models into Alga PSA by mid-2025. Our AI models will be able to create tickets, summarize tickets, categorize tickets, write responses, give technicians advice on what to do next, reference and update documentation, and take actions on behalf of technicians based on automation rules admins have set up within Alga PSA.
